Role: Project/Program Manager (Global Financials and Order to Cash Post M&A Integration)

Our partners, senior associates and consultants are experienced professionals previously from boutique and large consulting firms and industry, with a collective experience of over 100+ engagements in the areas of process, strategy and enterprise solutions implementation. Our clients are both emerging market leaders and well known global brands in the online media, software and internet services industry. We typically engage with a PMO, IT or business functional operations group like Finance, Revenue Assurance and Sales providing project leadership, business functional and technology consulting expertise.
As a Senior Associate within the PMO practice in our firm you will provide comprehensive management of a large, complex project (5+ consultants + client team) or a portfolio of small projects with limited supervision – including scope, work plan, team management, delivery, budget, and client satisfaction / relationship. Additionally, you will lead corporate citizenship activities, including business development, performance management, and talent acquisition.
In this role, the Senior Associate will:

Manage projects within the PMO delivery framework driving scope, schedule, escalation & status reporting |

Establish project core team, stakeholder and steering committee governance structures |
 |
Organize and direct delivery efforts as a project team lead |
 |
Define and scope complex, cross-functional business problems |
 |
Define team requirements (size and skills) and leads team selection |
 |
Assign, structure, and manage team deliverables to meet project schedule |
 |
Ensure deliverables meet quality expectations and deliver value to client |
 |
Effectively lead complex meetings with large groups and / or senior clients |
 |
Drive and maintain project work plan, track and report on progress to stakeholders |
 |
Identify, raise and mitigate risks impacting the project objectives and milestones |
 |
Facilitate close-loop actions, decisions, acceptance and signoff by stakeholders |
 |
Manage and execute the communication and change management plans including training |
 |
Manage issues and facilitate timely issue resolution and business decisions |
 |
Maintain a healthy team environment engaging and motivating the diverse project teams |
Must Have:
 |
8-10 years of professional consulting (business and IT) experience |
 |
5+ years of successful project management experience (consulting or industry) |
 |
PMO and/or Project life-cycle management of global enterprise business systems initiatives – atleast three large full lifecycle solutions implementations with Oracle 11i |
Strongly Prefer:
 |
Experience with Big 4 (Accenture, Deloitte, Bearing Point etc..) or leading boutique consulting firm and global project delivery and management experience |

Experience with Core Financials and Order-to-cash, Warehouse mgmt/distribution business operations knowledge in Media and Interactive Games industry vertical |
 |
Experience with large global Post M&A systems integration |

Experience with proven PMO methodologies and tools |
 |
Masters/MBA or equivalent experience preferred |
Duration: Full-time or Contract to hire. Engagement is long-term (min 6months) multi-phased
