Analysts & Senior Consultants:
Contributing members of a project team typically engage with a functional unit to analyze, design and document complex, cross-functional business systems and / or functions. Typically have the following key qualifications:
› Good organization, communication, presentation and analytical skills
› Strong client relationship skills, work ethics and teamwork
› Expertise in a specific functional area with 3 or more successful engagements
› Undergraduate with 3-5 years of experience or a graduate with 2-4 yrs of experience
Principal Consultants:
Provide comprehensive management of a small to mid-size project (3-5 consultants + client team) or a track of a large project with minimal supervision including scope, work plan, team management, delivery, and client satisfaction. Also, involved in existing client account development and staff mentorship. Typically have the following key qualifications:
› Good client relationship, team leadership and project management skills
› Expertise in several functional areas with 5 or more engagements in a lead role
› Hands-on project manager with 5+ successful enterprise wide solution deployments
› Undergraduate with 6-9 years of experience or a graduate with 5-8 yrs of experience
Managers & Directors:
Provide comprehensive management of a complex project (5+ consultants + client team) or track of a large project with minimal supervision including scope, work plan, team management, delivery, and client satisfaction. Extensively involved in managing ongoing client relationships, business development, mentoring staff. Typically have the following key qualifications:
› Strong client relationship, team leadership and program management skills
› Cross-functional expertise with 10 or more engagements in a lead role
› Strong project manager with 10 or more successful enterprise wide solution deployments
› Undergraduate with 10-15 years of experience or a graduate with 8-12 yrs of experience
Associate Partners & Partners:
Provide leadership in managing client relationships, business development/ marketing activities, practice management and staff career path management. Additionally, responsible for ensuring quality and managing risks on major client engagements. Associate partners typically are “partners in training”. Partners fundamentally take full P&L responsibility for the respective practice areas. Typically have the following key qualifications:
› Strong client relationship, leadership, business development & networking skills
› Strong organization, communication, presentation and program management skills
› Expert in building partnerships, practice development and expanding services portfolio
› Undergraduate with 15+ years of experience or a graduate with 12+ yrs of experience
