How to apply?
A complete application should include:
› A formal one-page cover letter describing your interest in the specific position
› A resume that summarizes your professional and educational performance/experience
Only complete applications should be e-mailed to careers@aquariuscg.com. Each candidate will be sent an e-mail confirmation once his or her application has been received. Incomplete applications will NOT be considered.
Our Interview Process:
Our interview process is designed to be mutually beneficial - it helps us assess a candidate's experience and/or potential in several areas while it helps the candidate gain significant insight and knowledge about our firm.
Phone Interview - We schedule an initial phone interview with one of our expert consultants. During this interview, we'll assess the breadth and depth of your skills (core skills, industry depth, communication, etc.) It's during this conversation that expectations will be set regarding the timeline for follow-up interviews.
The Interview Day - Based on the outcome of the initial phone interview, we invite candidates to our office for several interviews with key individuals in practice areas to which they most closely align. During the day, candidates will meet with several members of the firm in both case-based and behavioral interviews. This is also the time for candidates to have all of their outstanding questions answered.
We structure the course of the day to explore many different aspects of a candidate's background, career motivations, and areas of interest.
The Decision - You can anticipate a decision from us rather quickly. One of the members of the recruiting team with whom you met will contact you to communicate our final decision, typically within one week of final round interviews.
