we are recruiting consulting professionals who are highly experienced with a proven track record of managing strategic client projects and demonstrated expertise in 1-2 industry/functional domain areas of our practice. We are looking for team players who love client work and have the ability to address and balance the demands of a complex project and client expectations with maturity and tact.

All of our consultants are well-rounded individuals, who have a good mix of business, technology solutions and leadership skills and are fun to work with. This is what makes them successful and valued by our clients. Specifically the following experience is most critical to us:

Project Leadership – ability to quickly engage and gain the confidence of senior client managers and lead to successfully execute the projects
Domain Knowledge – specifically in the areas of finance, order to revenue for online advertising and enterprise software/services industry
Professional Consulting – true consulting profession experience in managing projects and implementation solutions

our interview process:
Our interview process is designed to be mutually beneficial - it helps us assess a candidate's experience and/or potential in several areas while it helps the candidate gain significant insight and knowledge about our firm.

Phone Interview - We schedule an initial phone interview with one of our expert consultants. During this interview, we'll assess the breadth and depth of your skills (core skills, industry depth, communication, etc.) It's during this conversation that expectations will be set regarding the timeline for follow-up interviews.

The Interview Day - Based on the outcome of the initial phone interview, we invite candidates to our office for several interviews with key individuals in practice areas to which they most closely align. During the day, candidates will meet with several members of the firm in both case-based and behavioral interviews. This is also the time for candidates to have all of their outstanding questions answered. We structure the course of the day to explore many different aspects of a candidate's background, career motivations, and areas of interest.

The Decision - You can anticipate a decision from us rather quickly. One of the members of the recruiting team with whom you met will contact you to communicate our final decision, typically within one week of final round interviews.
