rajiv chopra – co-founder & managing partner

Rajiv brings over 15 years of experience in professional consulting and entrepreneurship. In the last several years he has been primarily responsible for successfully building a full services consulting firm from the ground up. His expertise include practice management; strategic client acquisition and in developing and executing go-to market alliance strategies. Additionally, in client service he advices senior executives in the areas of IT strategic planning and governance and expertise on major business issues specific to high tech emerging and mid-market industry.

Prior to founding aquarius consulting group, Rajiv was a founding VP and member of the executive management team at Trianz Inc., a start up consulting firm based in Silicon Valley. At Trianz, he was fundamentally responsible in achieving triple digit year over year growth since 2003. His primary areas of leadership and contributions were in driving new client acquisition, creating and managing a global IT practice team of 60 and establishing the firm to be the # 1 consulting alliance partner for Oracle CRM in Northern California. Prior to Trianz, he spent 10 years with the former Big 5 consulting firms - Bearing Point (formerly KPMG Consulting) and Price Waterhouse Consulting where he had a very successful career in their High Tech Practice. He played significant roles in serving clients and contributed towards building the products solutions practice, which was focused around packaged applications like Oracle and Siebel. Rajiv received his MBA from Texas Tech University.

bharat kumar – co-founder & managing partner

Bharat brings over 15 years of combined senior IT management and consulting experience serving many leading high tech global companies. Bharat has been recognized for his experience in standardizing and streamlining global business processes. Bharat was successful in executing many strategic initiatives with multi-million dollar budgets including highly scalable enterprise application infrastructures, 24x7 global application support and integrated web portals.

Prior to founding aquarius consulting group, Bharat served as the Senior Director of Enterprise Applications at Pillar Data Systems where he spearheaded the strategic planning, deployment and support of enterprise applications globally. Bharat also served in senior IT management roles at emerging high-tech companies including JDS Uniphase, Scion Photonics and Zaffire. Bharat spent over 4 years in Enterprise Solutions consulting (Oracle Consulting & Trianz Inc.) helping clients in strategic planning, solution architecture & program management. Bharat received an MS in Computer Science from Wayne State University and a BE in Mech. Engineering from India.

mark aubin – associate partner

Mark brings over 12 years of experience in professional consulting and senior IT management across diverse industries including high tech hardware and software, online media, interactive entertainment, telecommunications, financial services, and industrial services.

In the last several years he has been primarily focused on delivering strategic enterprise initiatives for aquarius’ clients, as well as being primarily responsible for the solution footprint and strategy of aquarius’ revStream Revenue Manager solution.

Prior to joining aquarius consulting group, Mark was the Director of Business Applications at Vivendi Games, (now Activision Blizzard), where he led the strategic planning, deployment and support of global enterprise applications. Additionally, Mark spent over 5 years in big 5 consulting with KPMG Consulting/BearingPoint and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting where he specialized in Oracle ERP implementations, business process reengineering, finance and supply chain client initiatives. Mark received his BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin.

akshay srivastava – associate partner

Akshay brings over 10 years of experience combined in professional services and product development of enterprise applications. In the last few years, he has been primarily responsible for new client acquisition and managing large accounts from a client services as well as delivery perspective. In his capacity as an associate partner, Akshay also works with senior IT and business executives in the areas of strategy IT planning and delivery execution.

Prior to Aquarius, Akshay was a client partner at Trianz working with clients in driving program management of strategic, cross functional IT and business initiatives related to ERP, CRM and integration. Akshay had an excellent track record delivering complex enterprise packaged solutions on time and budget. Akshay and his teams have successfully executed on engagements related to Quote-to-Cash, finance, Manufacturing/Supply Chain as well as systems’ integration

Prior to Trianz, Akshay was a manager with Oracle Corporation helping deliver several core applications in the Oracle 11i suite. Akshay holds a Bachelor degree in computer science from Louisiana State University.
