| The revstreamTM FV Optimization Engine is used to assist the revenue team in establishing FV from historical transactions. It is further leveraged to analyze current period transactions to determine if a customer is able to establish VSOE for a product/item, or whether ESP must be utilized.

| revstreamTM offers an advanced FV analysis engine. revstreamTM Revenue Manager automates the application of FVs to live transactions, resulting in required allocations and carveouts. These FVs are maintained in the revstreamTM Fair Value Matrix which is configurable to a customer's stratification. |

| revstreamTM COGS Manager is a submodule to Revenue Manager where COGS and other expense elements such as Royalties, IP Expense, Sales Return accruals, Price Protection accurals, may be loaded to receive the same deferral and amortization rules as the revenue within the Revenue Transaction. By doing this, revstreamTM becomes a fully featured Revenue and COGS deferral subledger that can greatly ease P&L reporting requirements and other expense deferral requirements. Both revenue and expense elements (i.e. COGS) will be displayed together on a revenue transaction on the workbench. |
